Please note that prior to boarding your pet, all shots required (i.e., Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella for dogs; Rabies and Feline Leukemia for cats) are to be up to date and proof of shots are to be presented. NO PET WILL BE BOARDED WITHOUT PROOF OF VACCINATIONS. We require your pet to be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian at least 48 hours prior to boarding.

Cancellations: Please give us 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up for the time reserved, you may be subject to half the cost of your boarding reservation.

Medications: If your pet is on medications, you must supply all medications and handwritten instructions on dosage, etc. If your pet takes the medication in treats or food, you must supply the treats or food for our use. NOTE: If we have to supply such treats or special foods to administer medications, a $1.50 charge per dosage will apply.

Checkout Time: Please note that your pet must be picked up prior to 12:00 pm. Any pet that is picked up after this time will be charged for daycare.

Checkin Time: Please have your pet here prior to 4:00 pm. This way, our staff can get them settled in and comfortable.

Hours: Our current hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Tuesday and Saturday 8:00 to 9:00 am; Sunday by appointment only. Please don't ask for special drop off times or pick-ups. If you have an emergency, you may leave a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we have to make special arrangements beyond our normal business hours, a $25.00 charge will apply.

Please note: During non-peak times, our front office may close early once all scheduled appointments are completed. This enables us to keep our costs lower so we can provide our customers with a good value without sacrificing quality of care. Please call to change your pick-up or drop-off dates if necessary.

PCSA Member: We are a member of the Pet Care Services Association, which means we follow tough standards for your pet's well being. PCSA Standards and Policies are posted on our bulletin board for your convenience. Our entire staff works very hard at providing the love and care your pet deserves and the peace of mind you require. We feel (paws down) that we are the absolute cleanest and best facility in the area. Our pride in the well being of your pet is and always will be our number one goal. We always encourage you to tour our great facility with one of our staff workers so we can prove that we mean business. Tours are welcome Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Payment: All payments for our services are due at time of departure. We gladly accept in-state checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
